NHL teams unveil helmets, pads and gloves in partnership with NHLPA and NHL Foundation

Posted on June 15, 2021 by admin

The NHL announced on Wednesday that it will begin working with a number of organizations, including the NHLPA, to create and distribute customized helmets and gloves for players on its current and future teams.

The NHL is also working with the NHL Foundation to help players make the transition to the new equipment.

The NHL said it will provide players with customized equipment to help them prepare for the season.

The new helmet will be designed by NHL veteran designer Mike Fucale, who also designed the new uniforms for the New Jersey Devils.

Fucale said in a statement that his vision for the helmet is to “make hockey as accessible as possible for everyone.”

“I wanted to create something that was accessible for all,” he said.

“I wanted something that fit perfectly with my philosophy that we should create a uniform that was easy to wear and was very simple to use.

I think it was really important for the players to feel comfortable wearing the new helmet and have it look their best.”

Fucales will be designing the helmet in collaboration with the League, which will supply the materials.

He said the league will also work with the players on the helmet design.

“We wanted to make sure the players were getting the helmet they deserved,” he told reporters.

“We wanted them to feel that the helmet was the best product available, the best helmet we could provide.

And we wanted them, as a league, to feel it.”

The NHL will distribute customized helmet and glove packages to teams, as well as players.

“The NHL has been committed to supporting its players throughout the transition, and I know that our teams will also be doing the same,” said NHL President John Collins.

“The NHL Foundation is committed to the success of our players and to providing the best equipment available for them.

I’m proud of the work we’re doing to bring the League’s players into the 21st century.”

Fyla said the NHL is not alone in its efforts to help athletes transition into the new gear.

The New York Islanders are planning a $50,000 donation to the NHL Players’ Association in the name of player-safety efforts.

The donation comes after the Islanders made the league a priority in December, when they pledged to create a fund to help fund safety-related initiatives.
