Bike Heaven is going public on Monday with a bid to become the largest bicycle hub in the world.
The new bike destination will be an extension of the iconic Bike Hubs and Cycle Pods in Los Angeles and New York City.
The New Bike heaven will be in the heart of the San Francisco Bay Area and is expected to open in 2019.
The bike hub will be built to fit on an average commuter bike.
The hub will have a capacity of 2,500 bicycles, with a goal of having 100,000 bicycles in total by 2020.
“We’re very excited to be launching this brand new hub in 2019 and 2018,” said Bike Heaven’s CEO, Chris Leahey, in a statement.
“We’re taking advantage of the new technology of electric bikes and will provide our customers with the ultimate bicycle experience.
We’ve worked closely with the California Department of Transportation to ensure we can offer the best service and quality to our riders.
Bicycling is an integral part of our future, and this is an exciting step in this evolution.”
The hub will feature a variety of bicycles, including the BMX-equipped BMX 2, BMX 2X, BMx 3, BM-X 3, and BMX 3.
All bikes will have their own dedicated bike racks, including an easy-access bike rack for each bike.
The bike hub’s interior design will be inspired by the design of bicycle parts stores.
In addition to the bikes, there will be a variety and quality of amenities for riders to enjoy, including bike-share stations, cafe-like restaurants, and retail.
For a limited time, Bike Heaven will offer free rides on the hub for residents of the Greater Golden Gate Park and San Francisco’s Chinatown neighborhoods.
Cities are already planning to bring more bikes to their cities, including in San Francisco, where the city council is considering a pilot program for bike sharing.
