Tampa Bay’s Jameis Winston and Carolina’s Luke Kuechly also start.
The Saints are looking to bounce back from a 24-17 loss to the Panthers in Week 16.
Winston led the Panthers with 391 yards on 21 carries, while Kuechanly added 169 yards on 20 carries.
Carolina’s Michael Thomas rushed for 127 yards and a touchdown.
Winston also has 13 carries for 69 yards.
The Bucs are looking for their second consecutive victory over Carolina, which went winless last season.
Tampa is 3-1 since its last win.
Tampa’s Josh McCown threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns in his return to action, while Josh Norman had an interception in his second career start.
McCown led the Bucs with a season-high five interceptions, while Norman had five interceptions and two passes defensed.
The Buccaneers have scored touchdowns in four of their last five games.
Tampa leads the NFC South with 37 points, and is 4-2 when leading after one quarter.
The Panthers had a season low six sacks against the Bucs in Week 14.
Carolina was held to 34 yards rushing on the season.
The Rams were held to 24 yards rushing, but gained 115 yards on the ground.
Tampa scored a season high 49 points, while Los Angeles was held scoreless for the first time since Week 5.
Rams cornerback Trumaine Johnson was suspended for the second time this season after he was arrested for DUI, but the Rams did not allow a sack in a 31-13 loss to Tampa Bay in Week 15.
The Bears also held a 17-point halftime lead.
The Falcons defeated the Saints 34-28.
Atlanta led by as many as 17 points in the third quarter.
Atlanta has lost four straight games to New Orleans.
New Orleans is 4th in the NFC North and is looking to return to the playoffs for the fourth straight season.
Atlanta will host the Saints in Week 17.
The Jaguars have won five of six games since their bye week.
The offense has averaged 36.3 points per game since the bye.
Jacksonville has scored at least 27 points in six of its last eight games.
The defense has allowed 30.7 points per contest since the beginning of the year.
Atlanta was held without a touchdown or interception for the third time this year.
The Browns are 0-4 in their last four games, but beat the Saints 31-26 on Monday night.
The Bengals lost their fifth straight game Sunday, 31-28 at Detroit.
The Vikings were 1-4 last season, but won their third straight game at Philadelphia by a score of 31-27.
The Bills beat the Panthers by 31 points on Sunday, but lost for the fifth time in six games.
Buffalo has allowed at least 17 points per outing in three of its past four games.
